Voznesensk, Mykolaivsky Region (Ukraine) will Use Biogas Manufactured From the Local Storage of Gras
“ZORG UKRAINE” has started an exclusive engineering project of a biogas plant for a local Ukrainian company “Zeleny Gai,” allocated in Mykolaivsky region. General intention is for the plant to use corn and perennial native-grasses silo.
Development of the engineering project is based upon employment the
world’s innovative technologies and is considered to be a
“break-through” for local agricultural businesses. At present moment,
“ZORG UKRAINE” is working on construction of a number of biogas plants,
designed to use wastes of stock-raising complexes. Biogas plant to be
constructed, is going to be the first in CIS to use “goat's-rue,”
native grass cultivated specifically for the production of gas, as in
contrast to production-wastes used so far. Germany has approximately
6000 plants, which use corn silo for production of biogas, and same
number of plants, that employ production-wastes. Over the last 10
years, construction-projects of biogas plants in Germany have clearly
been a success. Production of bioenergy is a new trend for Ukraine’s
agriculture.
Biogas plant will process 10 tons of silo per day. Plant’s
productive capacity will be 2000 m3 of biogas per day; certain amount
of biogas will be used to produce electricity (125 kilowatt-hour).
Thermo, coming from the cooling of electric power generator will be
used in heating system of the green house, 1 500 m2 in area.
Reference: Company “Zeleny Gai” is allocated in the Bugskoe village,
Voznesensky district of Mykolaivsky region. Company produces
top-quality cognac “Greenwich.” “Zeleny Gai” is knows for cultivation
of private vinelands and fruits, high-quality distillery and forms 70%
of the district’s income budget.
