Moldova was hard to start, but not an easy one to stop

18.02.10 ООО «ZORG UKRAINE» got a big order for construction of biogas energy park from «BioEnergAgro», Moldova. Biogas plant with budget of about 10 million Euro can be the biggest one in Moldova.

New national market as a rule starts with small demonstration projects. «BioEnergAgro» biogas plant project could not be commenced for a long period. But its start was very powerful.

320 tons per day of corn silage will be used as raw material for biogas plant. Produced biogas will be treated up to the complete analog of natural gas under the GOST 5542-87 standard. 16 million m³ of purified methane is going to be fed into the national gas network of Moldova.

At the moment plot for biogas plant is ready, permission for agricultural land is obtained, engineering works commenced. Preliminary agreement for natural gas supply achieved with Moldova government and confirmed by preliminary contract with Moldovagas. Project has government support.

News about the biogas energy park construction draw a wide response of Moldova and neighboring countries business circles. Project initiators «BioEnergAgro» are showered with offer from investors which are willing to participate in this project.
