Bio-fertilizer drying allows more efficient exploitation of the biogas plant and increases its profitability. Dried fertilizers have a higher price in comparison with separated biomass. When dried and granulated they can be easily transported with cost saving to any distance and have long storage periods. Two by-products of the biogas plant is heat and bio-fertilizer which can be used for the production of a highly demanded product. Dried bio-fertilizer can be compared to guano.

A low-temperature conveyor dryer works using a high-performance method for biomass drying with the help of low temperature. Low glitch and high-quality end product with a low level of energy consumption is the advantage of this technology. Product feed control ensures the constant humidity of drying product and the optimal use of additional heat energy.
