Automation system is used for automatic control of technological processes at a biogas plant, real-time monitoring with an ability to quickly adjust the required parameters, for input and distribution of electric energy, for electric equipment protection from overloads and short circuits.
The automation system of a biogas plant consists of an automation panel, an input and distribution power electrical cabinet, a control panel, sensors and devices, software. The system is implemented based on the industrial Siemens CPU315-DP2 controller using the Simatic ET200S distributed peripheral system and the OP277 Touch operator panel with touch control. Interaction between all components occurs via PROFIBUS and MPI networks using the physical RS-485 interface. The control software is created using the Simantic Step7 developer system. The modular control cabinet contains a power supply unit, a central and buffer processor, and a distribution periphery with an input / output system. In the lower part there is an interface relay with clamps for connecting executive equipment.
The entire installation is controlled by a single operator using a PC or mobile phone.
We are able not only to make control systems of our own biogas plants, but we can also make a control system and write a process sofware for your existing scope of equipment.
