Biogas blower E-12-MS — 15 kW, 870 m³/h at 150 mbar

Biogas blower E-12-MS — 15 kW, 870 m³/h at 150 mbar

Gases and purpose

The blower supplies and increases the pressure of biogas, biomethane, landfill gas, sewage gas, natural gas, air, CO₂ and synthesis gas.

Blower applications

Supply and pressure boosting of biogas and biomethane between gas storage, gas treatment and consumers. Suitable for lines with increased pressure losses through pipework, bends and equipment.

“—” means the pressure is outside the operating range of this motor at the specified frequency. Flow rates at the stated pressures refer to air at 20 °C and an absolute inlet pressure of 1013 mbar. They can be used as indicative values for biogas of similar density. For methane, at the same volumetric flow and speed, the pressure difference is lower, approximately in proportion to the methane-to-air density ratio under the same inlet conditions.

Features

One impeller and two parallel side channels provide single-stage compression. The compact MOR monobloc design combines the blower and motor in one assembly. The housing and impellers are made of lightweight aluminium alloy. A protective oxide film forms on the aluminium surface.
