In cases where the open flame is legally allowed, Zorg Biogas’s flares of FAI series provides a safe and easy-to-use burning. The operator may require safely combustion of exceeding gases as biogas, biomethane, landfill gas and natural gas. Such situation occurs during start-up phase, repair works, overpressure on the system, etc.).
The standard FAI flare version is easily manually operated: open the butterfly gas valve, allowin g the gas flow to the burner, and then press the start button that will ignite the gas via an electric spark. To stop the flare, just simply close the manual valve.
During combustion manual flares should be always monitored by a qualified operator.
Advanced options such as transformer for battery usage, anti-freeze configuration, pressure control or blower, are available to make the use of the FAI the most comfortable possible.
All Zorg Biogas FAI biogas flares are entirely made of stainless steel 1.4571 (316Ti), and fitted with high quality components, plus a robust design that ensures a constant long working life with a low maintenance.
