Open gas flare FAI 15 DN15 auto

To reduce the operating efforts the FAI series offers an automatic update. These improved versions add to the manual version an automatic gas valve, a UV flame detector plus a control system based on a automatic burner control fully complying with EU normatives.

For operating the automatic versions just change the selector to start, the flare will open the valve and ignite the gas by itself. In case that the flame is lost, the UV detector will close the valve to avoid malfunctions. To stop the combustion, change the selector to stop.

Advanced options such as transformer for battery usage, anti-freeze configuration, pressure control or blower, are available to make the use of the FAI the most comfortable possible.

All Zorg Biogas FAI biogas flares are entirely made of stainless steel 1.4571 (316Ti), and fitted with high quality components, plus a robust design that ensures a constant long working life with a low maintenance.
