An operator may require safely combustion of exceeding gases as biogas, biomethane, landfill gas and natural gas. Such situation occurs during start-up phase, repair works, overpressure on the system, etc.). In cases where open flame combustion is legally allowed, Zorg Biogas’s FAI series provides to the operator with safe and easy to use burning.

The standard FAI version is easily manually operated: open the butterfly gas valve, allowin g the gas flow to the burner, and then press the start button that will ignite the gas via an electric spark. To stop the flare, just simply close the manual valve.

During combustion manual flares should be always monitored by a qualified operator. 

 

Advanced options such as transformer for battery usage, anti-freeze configuration, pressure control or blower, are available to make the use of the FAI the most comfortable possible.
