High-temperature biogas flare HTFA 800 DN150x2

The series of flares HTFA is designed according to TA air with automatic exhaust temperature control at 1000 °C and a residence time of at least 0.3 sec.

SCOPE of SUPPLY

  • Manual butterfly valve with lever
  • Pressure gauge/ manometer (0 ... 60 mbar) with isolating pulsating valve
  • Pneumatically actuated valves for combustion, type CE tested and proven, with function of closing by failure. Slow opening, fast closing
  • Two-way in-line flame arrestor, deflagration proof and prolonged burning with CE and Atex certificate of conformity. Carbon steel body and cage (1.0619), one per line

- PTFE gaskets

- 1.4571 stainless steel flame arrestor element

- Explosion group IIA1

  • Pressure switch for ignition control, with implementation in the electrical control panel
  • Combustion chamber built in AISl304 stainless steel, internally heat-insulated by means of a ceramic blanket resistant to temperature. Combustion using the principle of air supply by natural draft, with flap system and electric actuator with servomotor for temperature regulation.
  • Biogas burner, consisting of:

- 2 stages

- Biogas/ air premix injectors

- AISl316 stainless steel distributor

- Supporting and fixing system

  • Ignition line (1/2") consisting of:

- Pipe in AISl316

- Isolation ball valve

- Solenoid valve

- Bidirectional flame arrestor

- Ignition burner (own biogas)

  • Thermocouple sensor for monitoring combustion temperature with safety shutdown due to over temperature and temperature indication on the digital display of the electrical control panel

CONTROL BOARD
The flare is equipped with the control system with the fully automatic start and stop. The gas itself itself is used for automatic ignition. Control panel with all the necessary control components and security elements, are fixed on a support.
