The series HT is designed as a flare (according to TA air) with automatic exhaust temperature control at 1000 °C and a residence time of at least 0.3 sec.
HT flares are supplied with heat-resistant ceramic lagging (up to 1,220 °C) with automatically controlled air flap. The flare burner starts on receipt of the start signal or after a pressure reaches a set value requiring flare. Automatic ignition and control are on during operation. All control functions are located in a weatherproof control cabinet.
HT biogas flares are entirely made of stainless steel and fitted with high quality components.
Area of deployments:
- Thermal disposal of combustible surplus gases (landfill gas plants), biogas, biomethane, associated petroleum gas (APG) or special gases.
