Activated charcoal filter 100 m³/h

Biogas essentially consists of methane and carbon dioxide. However, high concentrations of contaminants such as H₂S, siloxanes, and other organic contaminants or particles can be present. This in turn can cause irreversible damage to gas engines or gas processing plants as well as more frequent oil changes. The activated charcoal filter cleans biogas, leading to lower operational costs and the longer lifespan of engines and plant components.

Unique 3-legged activated charcoal filter use a multi-chamber system which allows higher loads and substantial savings on operational costs. Special activated charcoal is available for H₂S and siloxane removal, reaching higher loading ratios, thus extending the service life.

The filter removes sulphur hydroxide from the levels of 10 000 ppm to 0 ppm.

Sometimes, Customers think that activated charcoal is costly. But they forget that in the end they get clean biogas and they have savings on engine oil change. Those oil savings plus non-stop operation compensate cost of charcoal.
