MWM TCG3020 V20 genset 2000 kW el natural gas

Co-generation heat-power plant MWM with TCG3020 V20 with a gas-piston engine. Electric power 2000 kW. The genset works with natural gas, that can be later converted to biogas if needed.

The main advantages of MWM generators of seria "3020":

1) very low oil consumption 0.1 grams per kWh of electricity, which is 1.5-2 times lower than competitors 0.15-0.2 g / kWh

2) oil change every 8000 engine hours when using mineral oil. Up to 10 000 motor-hours when using synthetic. European competitors change oil every 2000-4000 engine hours. Chinese ones change it every 600 hours

3) very high electrical efficiency 44.4% for the model TCG3020 V20. While competitors have this figure of 41-43%. This gives fuel savings of about 5%, which is equivalent to 50% of the cost of the generator itself in 8 years before a major overhaul
