Vegetable grinder 6 tonne/hour
183 600 EUR
The grinder is used to grind fruits, vegetables, fruit, and vegetable waste for use as raw materials in biogas plants. It includes a 20 m³ buffer hopper with a soil and stones removal unit. Raw materials are lined up by a spiral roller system. There are two axial rollers in combination with flat bottom-mounted rollers as well as smooth side-mounted rollers. From here, the raw material is fed into a rotor crumbler. Thanks to a sensitive hydraulic system, stones are discharged from the product flow by reversing the rotation direction and then transfer them to the waste conveyor. After cleaning, the raw material enters the rotor, which grinds it to the desired size.
The system is fully automated and provides convenient control and diagnostics via the operator panel. The grinder can be easily integrated into existing biogas plant control systems. Fresh beets, carrots, apples, tapioca, potatoes, damaged vegetable and fruit, unconditioned raw materials of vegetable and fruit from processing plants can be ground.
