The laboratory biogas plant BLP1-A consists of one biogas mini-reactor. The plant is used to carry out batch tests and to determine the potential of substrates, to optimize biogas processes. The mini-bioreactor is made of glass and has a cylindrical shape. The plastic top cover has ports of various sizes for all standard electrodes and fittings for sampling or raw material loading. The volume of gas is measured using a high quality gas drum flow meter. Also, the unit has sensors for temperature control and pH measurement, as well as a stirrer for mixing the substrate. Includes gas analyzer (H2S, CH4, CO2, O2).
