Reactors and tanks
We offer biogas reactors made of glass lined steel with elamel coating. Other names are anaerobic digesters, post-digesters, anaerobic fermentors, post-fermentors, methanisation tanks, reservoirs. The CSTR reactors are with PVC gasholders and with stainless steel roofs
Bolted steel tank with the steel roof for a central agitator. Includes thermal insulation, decorative cladding, staircases, platforms, flanges, hantches. The pannels are made of glass fused steel. The uppder rings and the rood made of stainless steel.
Open bolted Zorg Biogas tank for storing service water, slurry and digestate. Enamelled steel panels form a sealed shell. Diameter 10.70–39.73 m, wall height 4.8–9.6 m and geometric volume up to 10,000 m³. The package includes the shell, rings and stiffeners, bolts, sealants, foundation fixings, a Ø750 mm service manhole and two flanged nozzles for filling and discharge. Both connections are DN100, DN150 or DN200 according to tank volume. Dimensions are selected to suit the storage capacity.
A bolted steel CSTR reactor for anaerobic digestion of manure, plant biomass and organic waste. Glass-fused-to-steel panels form a sealed shell, while a flexible gasholder above the reactor stores biogas. Mixing and heating support bacterial activity. The modular design allows the diameter and height to suit plant capacity. Process flanges, viewing windows, manholes and an access ladder are provided. The equipment configuration is selected for each project.
