Separators

Press screw separators are designed for the separation of thick (dry matter up to 20 %) and liquid media (dry matter up to 0,1 %) at biogas plants, as well as manure, vegetable and fruit pulp, alcohol stillage. The separator works on the principle of a screw filter press. The DM of the obtained solid fraction can be adjusted from 25 to 35 % by the amount and position of the counterweight system. Main components are made of stainless steel to increase service life.
