20" ISO container allows to transport 3,16 tonnes compressed biomethane under pressure 250 bars on trailers over the long distances and to link a biomethane production facility with a remote fuel consumer or a gas grid. Besides biomethane, transportation of CNG, methane and hydrogen is possible. For on-land, marine, railway applications also.

Biomethane transport modules are comprised of high-pressure composite cyllinders installed in a container. The cylinders are filled under a pressure of 250 bar. Type 4 pressure cyllinders are made of fibre glass and epoxy resin. The cyllinders are lightweight, robust and non-corrosive. Excellent damage resistance, wide temperature tolerances, high safety levels.

After the delivery, the modules are sent to a de-compression gas station. The de-compressed biomethane is used for vehicle fueling, supplying gas to industrial enterprises or to gas pipelines.

ISO Standard or High Cube containers frame are made of painted steel with the composite doors.

The containers are turn-key i.e plug-and-play, equipped with the cyllinders type IV, fasteners, pipes, manifolds 375 bar, manometers, electrostatic grounding reel, closing and ventilation ball valves, thermal relief valves, check valves, ultra fast fill quick coupler for connections both male and female HC308-F, HC308-M, hose.

Approvals EN 12245-3, ADR / TPED. 

Container approval according to ISO 668 including CSC approval.

Service lifetime 20+ years. 

The cyllinder' operational pressure is 250 bar, but the burst pressure is upto 840 bar. The possible operational pressure upto 480 bar under request.
