Biogas reactor made of steel

Biogas reactor 2448 m3 (D23,05m x H5,87m) is tank made of glass lined steel (GLS) panels and assembled on bolts. Glass fused enamel or epoxy coating are possible. The flexible gasholder is mounted above the GLS tank. Submersible mixers are installed on walls. The inclined and paddle-gigant mixers are mounted on an external support column or a frame. The reactor is installed on a concrete foundation with a sealant. Substrate heating is carried out with pipes on the walls which are mounted on a special profile. Such reactors are used in small and medium-sized biogas plants for agriculture. With or without a gasholder, bolted steel tanks can be used as a storage for filtrate, manure or water.

The thickness of the steel panels of the lower rows is 6-8 mm. The thickness of the top row panels is 3 mm.

The installation of the tank can be carried out using jacks, scaffolding, or a special device - a cradle. Installation time 2-3 weeks.

The service life of the GLS tank is 25-30 years or more.

Glass enamel withstands pH 3. Epoxy coating pH 5.
