Modular silage storage

The walls of the modular silage storage are composed of modules which are interconnected. After installation, the modules are filled with concrete. The silage is compacted. A PVC foil is rolled on the top of silage and fastened with belts to the modules. The storage can be organized on any asphalt or concrete site, and even on the ground. The module housing is made of high density polyethylene (HDPE) and is UV and corrosion resistant. Rainwater and silage juices are drained separately. The rainwater is drained through a tray installed above the silage drain, which eliminates the possibility of ground pollution. Silage juice flows through the drain holes in the storage modules to the sewer pipe. From there silage juice goes to a biogas plant.

Silage storage is designed to store substrates for biogas plants: maize silage, grass silage, sugar beet pulp, fruit pulp, Napier grass, grain, vegetable pressed pulp.
