7.5 MW project with advanced technology built at a sugar mill

The special feature of this project is vertical steel reactors with a central mixer which provides a better heat and mass transfer. The constructed plant differs from others in the equipment set. This is the only plant in the world with a solid loader for beet tails with a stone trap, double biogas filtration, special economical heat exchangers, and a state-of-the-art laboratory. Power generation is at 10 kV -- not 0.4 kV -- which reduces losses in transmission. The plant has an exemplary production culture.
