High temperature heat-to-power unit
Price on request
The high-temperature module converts exhaust gases heat into electric power. Heat is collected by a thermal oil in a primary circuit and transferred by a preheater-evaporator to a working fluid in a secondary circuit. The thermal oil temperature is 240°C. The evaporated working fluid in the secondary cycle passes through an ORC turbine which generates power. Then the gaseous working substance is directed to the recuperator-condenser for liquefaction and energy is transferred to the working liquid in a countercurrent flow. ORC modules allow to increase electric power. Efficiency 21% gross/16% netto.
