Bolted steel tank with a flexible gasholder 5107 m3

Tank 5107 m3 (D33m x H5,87m) is made of enameled steel panels (sheets) and assemled on bolts. The coating is glass fused enamel or epoxy. The thickness of tank panels is different at different heights. The flexible gasholder is mounted above the tanks. Submersible mixers are installed on walls. The inclined and paddle-gigant mixers are mounted on an external support column or a frame. The tank is installed on a concrete foundation with a sealant. Substrate heating is carried out with pipes on the walls which are mounted on a special profile. Such tanks are used in small and medium-sized biogas plants for agriculture. With or without a gasholder, bolted steel tanks can be used as a storage for filtrate, manure or water. Other sizes are possible
